Shipments and returns
After placing your order, you will be sent an automatic email confirming that your order was successful.
If the items you ordered are in stock, the shipment will be entrusted to the courier as soon as possible.
If the items you order are NOT in stock, they will need to be produced first, this takes on average 1-3 working days.
Shipping Times
Once you have delivered your order to the courier, your package should arrive within 1-3 days if you are in Italy, for deliveries in Europe the shipping time is approximately 5-7 days.
Shipping cost
For deliveries to Italy, the shipping cost is 8 euros including VAT, excluding islands, for which the shipping cost is 11 euros including VAT.
For deliveries to Europe, the shipping cost is 20 euros including VAT.
If the total of your order exceeds 59 euros, shipping is free.
Shipping data
It is the customer's responsibility to check that the data indicated for shipping is correct, if you realize that the data you have entered is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
You can get a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the package containing the returned item, a refund will be made to the payment method you used.
Returned items must be in the same condition they were shipped in, otherwise a refund will not be issued. All the elements of the latter must be present in the returned package (including any free miniatures).
Exceptions
They cannot be returned:
- Items purchased with gift cards
- Items with a defect already revealed in the item description
- Miniatures made on request for you
